Books for Parents

These books are ideal for continuing your massage or yoga journey at home with your baby and offer a more in depth look at the benefits of both massage and yoga. Many of them are research based or written by other parents. There are also some featuring poetry, words of wisdom and self care tips for new parents.

Books for Expectant Parents

For those of you who are expecting, here are some books that I really enjoyed during my pregnancy. It can be a very overwhelming time, especially if this is your first baby, but I found these really relevant and helpful.

Yoga Books for Babies and Toddlers

These lovely books are great for continuing your yoga journey with your little one as they grow and develop. They help to teach emotional regulation and solidify the benefits of learning yoga from an early age, which will stay with them throughout their lives.

Story Massage

These books accompany the videos on my social media and website where you can watch and join in with some lovely story massage. Story massage is a wonderful way to help babies and parents connect to a book. It is a beautiful way to relax together and can be a great addition to your bedtime routine. Story massage is really beneficial for babies and children with special additional needs, particularly those with vision impairments.

Toddler Yoga Books

I have used these books many times for toddler yoga classes as they have such incredible messages. They are a lovely way to introduce toddler yoga poses whilst enjoying these well-known stories and the messages they offer.

Covid Update

Hi everyone,

Due to the recent changes in government guidelines, I want to reassure everyone that my baby classes are still going ahead as we have all the measures in place to be COVID safe. This includes a risk assessment, hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available, no cross over between classes and time in between to clean, temperature checks on arrival, online booking and payment system to reduce contact, limit of 5 participants per class to adhere to social distancing guidelines, no need for paperwork or other equipment to be shared. All participants are to bring their own yoga mat or blanket which are placed 2 metres apart.

If you have any further questions please get in touch.

Stay safe,
