There are lots of yoga mats out there but for baby yoga and baby massage you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get something suitable. These mats are great for you to use when doing baby massage and baby or toddler yoga at home. You can also use them for your own yoga practice!

We recommend you use organic sunflower oil when massaging your baby, as it’s molecular structure is the most similar to our own skin, which means that it is more like the oil our own skin produces than massage oil with chemicals in. It is also safe if your baby ingests any of it. If your baby has dry skin, organic sunflower oil is excellent for helping to moisturise it without blocking their pores. If your baby has eczema or other skin conditions, please consult your doctor before using any oils. Other baby oils and aromatherapy oils are not recommended for baby massage as they can dehydrate the skin, block the pores and cause your baby distress if they do not like the smell. Fractionated coconut oil can also be used for babies with suppressed immune systems or allergies. Always do a patch test on the wrist before using the oil to massage your baby. A little goes a long way and it is lovely for keeping your hands soft too!

These are a great way to stimulate your baby and provide lots of fun! They are good for use during any massage or yoga, or at any time to enhance their learning and development.

Space blankets are lots of fun for babies and toddlers and can add extra sensory input to play time.

These fun mirrors are fantastic for helping your baby begin to learn about themselves and how they look! They are particularly useful for back massage or any prone yoga positions to give them something to look at while they are facing away from you.

Covid Update

Hi everyone,

Due to the recent changes in government guidelines, I want to reassure everyone that my baby classes are still going ahead as we have all the measures in place to be COVID safe. This includes a risk assessment, hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available, no cross over between classes and time in between to clean, temperature checks on arrival, online booking and payment system to reduce contact, limit of 5 participants per class to adhere to social distancing guidelines, no need for paperwork or other equipment to be shared. All participants are to bring their own yoga mat or blanket which are placed 2 metres apart.
