Yoga promotes well being, health and balance, introducing mindfulness to the breath and the body. Baby yoga classes consist of some breathing exercises for the parents/ carers and gentle stretches that are suitable post caesarean section and during pregnancy.
Baby massage is a type of alternative and complimentary therapy that provides many health benefits for the parent/carer and their baby.

Due to the recent changes in government guidelines, I want to reassure everyone that my baby classes are still going ahead as we have all the measures in place to be COVID safe. This includes a risk assessment, hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available, no cross over between classes and time in between to clean, temperature checks on arrival, online booking and payment system to reduce contact, limit of 5 participants per class to adhere to social distancing guidelines, no need for paperwork or other equipment to be shared. All participants are to bring their own yoga mat or blanket which are placed 2 metres apart.
